Play for Real Money using Local Bank Transfers

Local Bank Transfers allows you to make fund transfers in the local currency directly from your bank account to your Stars Account. You can make the transfer in your local currency online at your bank's web site, by telephone banking, by mailing/faxing the details to your bank or by visiting your bank in person.

Please, feel free to use any of the below platforms that may be available to you.

Desktop client: To make a deposit, login to your account and click the 'Cashier' button. Next, click on the 'Local Bank Transfer' button and follow the on-screen instructions.

App users: To make a deposit, login to your account, select the Real Money tab in the lobby, then tap on the ‘Deposit’ button. Next, tap on the 'Local Bank Transfer' button and follow the on-screen instructions.

Web users: To make a deposit, login to your account and click the 'Deposit' button. Next, click on the 'Local Bank Transfer' button and follow the on-screen instructions.

Please Note: The instructions will include a unique one-time reference number. You must include this unique one-time reference number in the instructions to your bank when you are sending your payment to us. If your transfer form does not have space for this number, place it in front of your name. Omitting the reference number may result in payment delay or loss.

It is also important that you visit the Cashier for each subsequent Local Bank Transfer that you wish to make, in order to get a new unique one-time reference number. Reusing reference numbers may result in a payment delay or loss.

The transfer may take up to 4 business days to be credited to your Stars Account. Once your account is credited, you will be sent a confirmation email.

Please note that you have 2 weeks to complete the transfer.

Local Bank Transfer withdrawals are not supported.

We use the prevailing mid-market rate provided by XE (plus a small fee if applicable) to convert your deposits and withdrawals to/from your account currency. For additional information, please read our Real Money Transaction Processing and Currency Conversion Terms and Conditions.

We do not charge any fees for using a Local Bank Transfer. Players are responsible for any fees charged during Local Bank Transfers.
